工艺特点 Function features

● 电抗器与线圈的引出端，采用冷压接工艺连接，其最大的优点就是极大的减少了尖角毛刺的产生，减少局部放电，使场强更加的均匀，连接更可靠。

● 每台电抗器的硅钢片数量多达 1000 片，电抗器采用高精度自动设备加工硅钢片，尺寸偏差小于 0.05mm，硅钢片在叠装时能保证高度的稳定性及一致性。

● 电抗器的铁芯采用低损耗冷轧硅钢片，有效降低电抗器的温升、提高电抗器的线性度；芯柱采用多气隙结构，结合耐高温高强度粘结剂粘结，以保证电抗器高达 97% 的线性度。
