低压电容器通常指额定电压在400V~6kV之间的电力电容器。低压电容器作用是改善功率因素从而减小用电费用,并能够减轻设备的负荷,增加其使用寿命,减少供电端到用电端之间的线路损失。

The function of low-voltage capacitors is to improve power factors, reduce electricity costs, and alleviate equipment load, increase their service life, and reduce line losses between the power supply end and the power consumption end.


电容器选择Capacitor selection

公式:Ue=Ux/(1-P) ×1.1

●系统电压Ux为400V,电抗率P选择7%时,Ue=473V,我们一般选择480V的额定电压。

●系统电压Ux为400V,电抗率P选择14%时,Ue=512V,我们一般选择525V的额定电压。

●系统电压Ux为690V,电抗率P选择7%时,Ue=816V,我们一般选择820V的额定电压。

●系统电压Ux为690V,电抗率P选择14%时,Ue=883V,我们一般选择900V的额定电压。

●7%电抗率电抗器主要针对5次、7次谐波。

●14%电抗率电抗器主要针对3次谐波。


Formula: Ue=Ux/(1-P) × 1.1

When the system voltage Ux is 400V and the reactance rate P is selected as 7%, Ue=473V, We usually choose a rated voltage of 480V.

When the system voltage Ux is 400V and the reactance rate P is selected as 14%, Ue=512V, We usually choose a rated voltage of 525V.
